Prices are listed in pounds sterling and for international orders your payment card provider will take payment in your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate.
Having searched our website and found the goods you desire to purchase, follow instructions and fill in all information requested to complete your payment. Your order will be placed and your card or other payment method will be charged.
Goods can only be sent to the address given on payment details.
Soho`s offer free second class delivery on all UK orders over £20. But heavier items such as footwear will be charged £5-£7. Deliveries under £20 will be charged £3.50. We endeavour to deliver your goods within 3-5 working days (excluding bank holidays) however it can take up to 7 days during busy periods.
Soho`s sell to the UK and EU countries only. We cannot give exact delivery dates for items posted outside the UK.
We recommend that for international deliveries a tracking service is used. We will advise of international delivery charges on receipt of order.
UK deliveries will all require a signature on receipt of your parcel.
If we dispatch goods and it is established beyond all doubt that Soho`s
- Failed to deliver and no signature is received.
- Goods are faulty or damaged.
- The correct item is not delivered.
Soho`s will refund the customers return postage costs if sent by second class requiring a signature. To enable us to refund the cost please send us a scan of your postal receipt. Unfortunately we will be unable to refund with out this.
In all other circumstances the customer will bear the cost of returning items sent by us in accordance with your original purchase.
The goods are the responsibility of the customer immediately upon receipt of a signature when delivered. In the event of the item being returned to Soho`s the goods remain the responsibility of the customer until signed for by Soho`s.
Soho`s cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in the post.
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the goods from Soho`s.

When in possession of the goods you are under a duty of care to take reasonable care of them i.e. clean and free from odour and stains with the original packaging and all garment tags attached.
When using this website we obtain personal information about you which is not usually publicly available, such as your name, email and past use of our site.
This policy does not apply to companies we do not control or third parties we do not employ or manage. We do not store your credit card or Paypal account details. Payments are processed by our payment provider and they retain this information to allow us to receive your payment or make refunds where necessary.
We do not rent, sell or share personal information with any other third party or company except to provide the products you have requested from our site.
We may however share information to investigate, prevent or take action regarding suspected fraud or illegal activities of any kind.
Any item returned, not returned in the condition as above will be returned back to the sender, who will be charged the delivery costs. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged when they are returned. We recommend that all goods be returned using a service that can be tracked and needs a signature.
We are unable to accept returns if the purchase was not cancelled within 14 calendar days from the day after the goods were received. We will return the goods ordered prior to delivery and will charge you the delivery costs involved.
Unless goods are faulty or incorrectly sent the customer is responsible for the cost of returning to us.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
Please fill in our returns form and send back with the item to be returned.
How to return your purchase
Please email us the reason for your return before returning the goods. At this point you will be given a returns authorisation number which must be written on the returns form which you should include in with your package. Please ensure that the item(S) being returned are in original packaging with all tags attached, unworn and free from odour.
Please be aware that you must pay the delivery charge to return the original purchase(S) and we recommend you use signed for service, as we are not liable for goods lost or delayed in the post. Goods are the responsibility of the customer until signed for by Soho`s.
How to exchange your purchase
If you wish to change your purchase for another style or size follow our refund guidelines including £4 for postage (UK only)
